This means you will not be routed through an automated checkout system. Instead, you will work directly with us to make sure your website is transferred, secured, and optimized properly from the start.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@hostingnorth.com and let us know you are interested in moving your website to Hosting North. Include your website address and any relevant details about your current hosting provider.
We review every request personally and will respond by the next business day.
Step 2: Initial Review & Plan Selection
Once we receive your email, we will review your current hosting setup and recommend the appropriate plan—Essentials, Business, or Professional—based on traffic, functionality, and operational needs.
This step ensures your site is placed in the right environment from the beginning, avoiding underpowered or overbuilt configurations.
Step 3: Access & Migration Preparation
We will request secure access to your current hosting account, domain registrar, and website administrator panel as needed. All credentials are handled confidentially and used strictly for migration purposes.
Before moving anything, we create verified backups to ensure nothing is lost during the transition.
Step 4: Website Migration
Your website is migrated to our energy-efficient hosting infrastructure and configured within our managed environment. During this process, we verify functionality, security settings, and performance stability.
We do not simply copy files—we review configuration details to ensure your site runs properly on its new environment.
Step 5: DNS & Launch Coordination
Once the migrated site is fully tested, we coordinate DNS updates to point your domain to Hosting North. This step is carefully timed to minimize downtime.
After propagation completes, we confirm uptime, performance, and secure connectivity.
Step 6: Ongoing Monitoring & Management
After launch, your site enters active monitoring. Backups, security scans, uptime checks, and plan-specific maintenance tasks begin immediately.
Hosting North is not passive hosting. We remain involved in protecting and maintaining your infrastructure.
